providing professional and reliable services for my customers.
I will travel to wherever the signing needs to take place:
in your home, office, borrower's home/office or an agreed
upon location.
You will be kept current of the
status of the signing from receipt of the signing order
confirmation to the completion of the signing via email,
text messaging or
phone.
All
work (Closing Packages, Loan documents, Legal Documents,
etc.) will be completed accurately and returned to you on time.

Documents will not be backdated.
It is illegal in every state for a notary to offer advice or explanation of loan documents or to aid the customer in completing them. The terms of the loan should be discussed and agreed upon between the lender and the borrower well in advance of the notary witnessing signatures.
If a question or disagreement arises while the borrower is signing the documents,the borrowerwill be instructed to contact their loan officer to resolve the issue.
The only question I am legally allowed to answer is:
"Where do I sign?"
