• VBS does not accept responsibility nor is liable for lost, stolen, damaged or the late delivery of document(s) in which a client (you) receives work from VBS and/or VBS receives work from client (you), data, information, disk(s), CD(s) and/or any other materials while in route via mail, fax, email, UPS, electronic submittal, modem communication, or any other type of dispatch, courier or shipping service. • Pornography and/or any other material(s) that VBS deems questionable or offensive will not be accepted or processed. Such material(s) will be returned immediately at your expense or destroyed at the discretion of VBS. If no forwarding address is available, material(s) will be destroyed immediately. VBS does not accept responsibility nor is liable for the handling of any such material(s). • Some material(s) (whether in print or electronic form) may be copyright protected. The sender (you) of such materials accepts full responsibility for any and all data, text, graphics, photos, images in electronic, computerized, fax, photocopy, original print, film and/or audio form which is sent to VBS. By sending VBS any and all material, the sender certifies that he/she/they have obtained any and all required permissions, licenses and releases from proper parties for copyrighted material(s) and holds VBS harmless against any legal action. • A down payment on some services, amount determined by VBS and agreed by both parties, must be paid in advance in order to initiate processing of the project unless otherwise requested in writing or email by client (you) and approved by VBS. • All fees and pricing are in U.S. dollars. Payments may be made by cash, company check, money order, cashiers check or credit card. Work will not begin until check has cleared through our bank, usually takes ten (10) business days. There is a $40.00 service charge on each occurrence that a check is returned. VBS reserves the right to not accept assignment and void any agreement (verbal or written) if check does not clear through bank.
